Paraquad Inc. has purchased the building at 5240 Oakland and has over 15,000 square feet of open space to hold the AT Fair. The building is conveniently located between the Science Center and Forest Park Community College near MetroBus stops and MetroLink stations. Event parking and entrance will be on the southeast corner of the building (south of the main Paraquad offices).
