The Employment Program offers assistance and support to individuals with disabilities who are seeking employment. We provide support to help individuals obtain a job, receive training and maintain employment. The Employment Program is designed to provide individual attention and support so our job seekers can be successful in their employment goals. We have assisted job seekers in obtaining employment from entry level to professional level positions. Our job seekers have obtained employment in the following industries: customer service, retail, janitorial, management, medical field, call centers, and many others. Our services include the following:

Working with Paraquad gives you access to employers with whom we partner, that are actively seeking to hire people with disabilities.
Ticket to Work
Paraquad is also an Employment Network under the Ticket to Work program offered through Social Security. The goal of the Ticket Program is to increase opportunities and choices for Social Security disability beneficiaries to obtain employment, vocational rehabilitation (VR), and other support services from public and private providers, employers, and other organizations. This program includes the services listed above, but also offers protection from medical reviews.

Is there a fee for employment services?
The Employment Program is provided free of charge to eligible individuals residing in the St. Louis City or St. Louis County.
