The Paraquad Home Accessibility Program is a homeless prevention program that performs accessibility modifications to the homes of people with disabilities in the St. Louis area.
HAP Eligibility and Requirements:
- Your annual household income must not exceed 50% of the Area Median Income.
- At least one member of the household must have a disability.
- At least one of the owners listed on the Title Deed must reside in the home.
- You must sign an agreement to live in the property for 5 years.
