The Paraquad Rental Assistance Program is a homelessness prevention program that provides people with disabilities in the St. Louis area assistance with rental or mortgage payments.
RAP Eligibility and Requirements:
- Your annual household income must not exceed 50% of the Area Median Income.
- At least one member of the household must have a disability.
