The Paraquad Rental Home Accessibility Program is a homelessness prevention program that performs accessibility modifications to apartments in the St. Louis area so that people with disabilities may rent them.
The property owner must apply for this program.
RHAP Eligibility and Requirements:
- You must provide a low-income rental unit to a person with a disability in the St. Louis area.
- If you are approved for this program, you will be required to sign a legal agreement stating that you do not have a lien against your property and that you agree to rent this property to a person with a disability for 5 years from date of agreement.
