Development Assistant: Responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the Development/Public Relations department, including but not limited to: data entry, recording and tracking donation information and ensuring timely recognition of gifts. (full time)
Job Developer/Placement Consultant (Deaf Program): Supports a diverse case load of job-seeking participants who are hearing, Deaf or hard of hearing through all employment seeking activities. (full time)
Policy Analyst: Leads the Public Policy Team efforts to plan, develop and conduct policy projects that impact the lives of people with disabilities. (full time)
Supported Education Coach: This position works with the Supported Education Program, providing support and training to participants seeking to obtain their GED. (part time)
DEAF Way Receptionist: Be the first point of contact for visitors to and those seeking information via phone calls from DEAF Way Community & Interpreting Services Program. Must be proficient in American Sign Language (ASL). (full time)
Summer Work Experience Program Job Coach: Provides coaching and job retention support on a job or volunteer site to students with developmental disabilities in the Summer Work Experience Program (SWEP). Advocates for persons with disabilities. (part time, seasonal)
Americans with Disabilities Act Specialist: Responsible for acting as Paraquad's specialist for the Americans with Disabilities Act by advocating for ADA enforcement and compliance at the local, state, and federal levels. (full time)

Certified Nurse Assistant: Works under the direction of a Registered Nurse and agency Operations Manager with all issues directly concerning or in regards to client personal care, including dietary needs, dressing/grooming, bathing/hygiene, toileting, mobility, transfers, assisting with self-administering medication. Applicants must be registered on the Family Care Safety Registry before applying. (certification must be currently active) (part time, up to 30 hours)
