Aimee Wehmeier, Executive Director and CEO
Aimee joined Paraquad in January 2013. She is only the third person in Paraquad’s 43-year history to serve as Executive Director and CEO. Prior to joining Paraquad, Aimee served in the same capacity at Services for Independent Living in Columbia, Mo., for six years. Her leadership and passion for advocacy have been recognized statewide. Aimee recently completed her second term as the President of the Missouri Centers for Independent Living (MOCIL). In 2010, she was a recipient of the Governor’s Council on Disability's Inclusion Award. She was also appointed by the Governor to serve on the State Rehabilitation Council. Aimee directs Paraquad’s eight main program areas and more than 200 employees.

Jeff Lee, Chief Financial Officer
Jeff joined Paraquad in 2007. His 25-year financial management background includes senior management positions at United Way, American Red Cross and Bi-State Development Agency. While at Bi-State, in addition to serving as Controller, Jeff played an active role in establishing a nationwide training program in transit financial management.

Chris Camene, Chief Program Officer
Chris has over 20 years of experience in the disability field and joined Paraquad in 2001 to assist with quality assurance. As Director of Quality Assurance she was responsible for monitoring, tracking and reporting the progress and outcomes of all of Paraquad’s various programs and services. Chris was promoted to Chief Program Officer in 2010 and is responsible for the administration and oversight of all Paraquad’s programs and services. Chris has held leadership roles with several statewide organizations. In 2009 she was appointed by Governor Blunt to the Statewide Independent Living Council where she chairs the Quality Assurance Committee and serves on the Outreach, Youth Transition and Emergency Preparedness committees.

Guan F. Hollins, Chief Operations Officer
Guan was director of Paraquad’s College for Living, Employment Services and Work Incentives Planning & Assistance (WIPA). Hollins also serves as director of WIPA for the southern region of Missouri. Hollins has been with Paraquad since 1999 and has worked in the disabilities field since 1992.

Pamela Hastings Perlmutter, Director of Marketing and Public Relations
Pamela is a fundraising, marketing and event planning professional with over 30 years experience working for such organizations as the St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission, the St. Louis Art Museum, SIUE, the Girl Scouts and Hospital Sisters Mission Outreach. She joined Paraquad in October 2011 to help the organization increase public awareness throughout the St. Louis region and to increase support from the community.
