Vote at Home

People with disabilities have the right to vote from home in elections in Missouri. The Permanently Disabled Absentee Voting List (PDAVL) is comprised of voters with disabilities who have signed up to vote at home; this list is maintained by the local election authority (county clerk or election board) in each county in the State of Missouri.

Once you join the list, you will automatically receive a Request for Absentee Ballot in the mail from your local election authority before each election. If you complete and return this request by the deadline, your election authority will send you an absentee ballot. You always have the option of voting in person on Election Day without being removed from the list.
