Medicaid Transition Summit
Time: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Date: Tuesday November 17, 2020
Whether it’s off to college or into the workforce, young adults with disabilities face complex challenges as they transition from the youth to adult Medicaid services crucial to living independently.
We hope you’ll join us for a virtual summit on November 17th to learn from Medicaid recipients, parents, educators, and program experts about how to best support students with disabilities through this transition, no matter what their plans after high school.
This is a free event and all are welcome! The agenda is published below; feel free to attend the sessions most relevant to you as your schedule allows. Students, parents, disability professionals, and educators will all walk away with the information and resources necessary to help young adults confidently navigate this major life change!
