If you are looking for ways to exercise in a fun group environment, we offer multiple types of group exercise classes throughout the week. Classes are free for Health and Wellness Center members. Drop-in rates are available.
CARDIO DRUMMING, Mondays 10:15 – 11:15 – Multipurpose Room
A fun, unique fitness class that combines drumming and music for a great cardiovascular and arm strengthening workout. Participants can exercise seated or standing.
BALANCE PLUS, Tuesdays 11:00 – 12:00 – Multipurpose Room
Improve your confidence and mobility through balance training that includes cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility.
KRANKCYCLE + STRENGTH, Wednesdays 10:00 – 11:00 – Atrium and Multipurpose Room

Work through twelve different stations that offer unique exercises designed to challenge your strength, balance, and coordination.
YOGA, Fridays 11:30 – 12:30 – Multipurpose Room
Accessible yoga for all. Connect breathe and movement to create space within the mind and body. Classes are gentle with opportunities to be guided in a safe way for your body.
